Kindle Publishing can be an excellent way to make some extra income that can eventually be turned into a full-time income. But what if you can’t afford to pay a writer on a site such as Freelancer.com or Upwork? You’ll have to write the books yourself.
So how do you go about writing a book if you’ve never written one before? Read on to find out how to write a book quickly!

First to save yourself some money you can use Google Docs to avoid paying for Microsoft Office. Also, it’s hard to sell fiction books so you’re going to want to try selling non-fiction first until you have some experience.
Next, you’re going to want to plan out how the book is going to be organised. You can do this by opening a new document in your word processor and filling in the chapter heading. Each chapter should cover one particular aspect of what you are talking about. For example, imagine you are writing a book about Dog Training:
- Introduction.
- How to tell if you have a badly behaved dog?
- How to make your dog behave at home.
- How to make your dog behave when at the park.
- How to get your dog to behave around other dogs.
- Conclusion
Can you see how I’ve made each topic it’s own chapter? A good way to figure out what topics your book should cover is to look on Twitter, Facebook Groups, and Forums to see what questions your target readers have. You can take each question and make that one chapter of your book.

Now you have all the chapters filled out you can then begin filling the book in with information. Try to finish one chapter at a time using a stream on conscious, just write until the chapter is finished, you can go back and edit it later. If you do not know what information to write to answer the question of the chapter you will have to some research. Once you have done enough research you will be able to answer the question and fill out the chapter. Keep doing this until you’ve filled out the information for the entire book. Once this is done use the Google Chrome plugin called Grammarly to correct the grammar of the book. Once this is done you may want to ask a relative or friend to proofread the book for you. Congratulations! You’ve just written your very first Kindle Book!
